January 2025Fantastic location right by Hyde Park and Oxford st. Just round the corner from Marbke Arch tube and Prets for a cheap and easy breakfast. Lovely room. V clean. Comfortable beds. Really great staff. We were able to store our luggage no problem. Big shout to Jerian for being so friendly and helpful x

February 2025What a great hotel! The staff were wonderful and really looked after us. Location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Our room was a great size and our child had a sofa bed. All rooms were heated and the biscuits in the Lobby was a nice touch. We cant wait to come back!!

February 2025The room I booked was a bit small but adequate, The room had everything you needed, even a converter plug to charge your mobile phone and laptop for guests outside of the UK. Not to mention the location, it's great! But I think the highlight of the hotel was the breakfast and the warm and friendly service from Vivek and Janvi who looked after me so kindly. Thank you for everything Vivek & Janvi, see you again soon!

January 2025I had a lovely stay at this hotel, While the rooms are indeed on the smaller side (which is to be expected in London), they were cozy and well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city and only a few steps away from Oxford. What truly stood out, was the exceptional service. The receptionists were always welcoming, and a special mention goes to Jerian Recephon. She was consistently warm, always smiling, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Her attentiveness and genuine care made our visit truly memorable, and we deeply appreciate her efforts.
