Surrounded by the hubbub of theatres, shops, and restaurants, the AIM credited Gold venue is centrally located within the heart of the West End, just a few minutes walking distance to Oxford Circus. The event space is ideal for full-scale conferences, meetings, and workshops in a beautiful setting with a diverse range of room sizes bathed in natural light from the large windows.
The venue has been upgraded over the years to cater for larger events and hosts advanced audio-visual facilities including hybrid technology. Overlooking the square’s stunning outdoor spaces are 20 flexible event spaces suitable for conferences, intimate meetings, private dining, receptions, product launches, summer/Christmas parties and award ceremonies. Each elegantly designed room has distinct modern features and uses depending on the needs of the client.


The Burdett Suite, adjacent to the Orangery, is ideal for a variety of events including conferences, grand-scale celebrations, award ceremonies and dinners. The modern suite can hold up to 280 theatre, 150 cabaret and 240 private dining providing you with the freedom to design your event the way you want.
The quality and high specification of the facilities will make your life - and those of your presenters, audience and guests - easier and more enjoyable on the day. The suite comes with a dedicated technician, 3 projectors & screens, a lectern, a computer and a comfort monitor. The Orangery, a contemporary conservatory and Courtyard, a tranquil hidden gem offer a private space directly outside the suite, used for an array of supportive roles depending on what event is being hosted.
During a recent refurbishment, the lighting was upgraded to include spotlights, perfect for award ceremonies and dynamic lighting ideal for creating a unique atmosphere to match your brand identity. Hybrid technology has been installed allowing videography, streaming and hybrid events to take place without any extra hassle. The space also includes a stage that can be configured to suit the event and is fully accessible via a portable lift.
