All of our rooms enjoy natural daylight from floor to ceiling windows, black-out blinds for presentations, and sensory features such as walls of silver birch trees or a large scarlet circular table.

Each room is named after a fictional spy from British film or TV, and contains a collection of the spy curiosities (fencing masks, chemistry sets, crossbows and black boxes) to match. South Place hotel can become your personal playground, where you and your guests can eat, drink and be merry.

Adorned with seasonal decorations and featuring serene slate waterfalls, this magical space provides a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. A stage-lit bar and a striking sixty-foot sculpture running the height of the interior wall add to the captivating ambiance. The Secret Garden can host up to 40 guests for an intimate dinner or up to 80 for a vibrant standing reception.

Stayed in a Deluxe room, there was a decent selection of pillows in the pillow menu. The bath tub was huge. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, probably the best hotel I've stayed in London, for the price this is incredible. Location is fantastic, marks and Spencer opposite, tube is less than 5 minutes away, can park at the Barbican using JustPark. Fantastic hotel all around.

This is a really good quality hotel, showing a huge gulf in quality with the industry in New York, especially when it comes to service. The hotel and restaurant were organised, welcoming, and offering excellent food, with stylish and comfortable rooms. Location wise, you are just steps away from a plethora of restaurants, shops, pubs and Liverpool Street station. I really enjoyed staying here

I popped in for drinks tonight on the off chance for a quiet drink. I got served by Adam who was an absolute gentleman and made me my JD with Lynchburg lemonade. He was eager to learn this new drink and we spoke of Poland. He is an absolute credit to the company and cannot speak highly enough of him and all the staff. The atmosphere was excellent and the music was perfectly matched. I will be back just for the bar company.

Once I found my way in, not straight forward, everything fell into place. This hotel is truly a five-star establishment, and it earns that title. The bar and dining area exude elegance, and the service is top-notch. My junior suite was not only comfortable but also stylish, featuring every amenity I could need. The reception team was attentive, and the location was ideal for sightseeing, with the tube just a four-minute walk away. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit; it felt like a memorable experience; special, and I would definitely recommend it.
