November 2024I recently visited London after eight years and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. It was a fantastic experience! The hotel is not only well-maintained but also conveniently located near the city's main attractions. The customer service was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Manager Sheyan for his outstanding attitude and willingness to help – he truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

December 2024A fantastic stay of the highest quality. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in an Executive room which was outstanding in every way in regards the views and the room itself. We used the Executive lounge for Breakfast and Lunch. The staff of the Executive lounge and in particular Maria were outstanding in service and friendliness. A five star review does not do our stay Justice. I would like to award a 10 star of my own to all the staff of the Hilton Tower Bridge for making our stay such a happy one!

December 2024Lovely friendly professional service. Excellent location opposite London Bridge station. We stayed in a deluxe room and had a view of The Shard. Beds extremely comfortable, and plenty of hot drink options, apart from Coffee bags - sorry but they are not good. The concierge was particularly useful for leaving our bags before and after checking in.We paid extra for breakfast, but feel this should be included as it was expensive for the selection offered. I would highly recommend this hotel.
