Loved it loved it loved it. I could have really stayed in the hotel my entire stay. The restaurant was great. Staff in there were amazing especially Donnie. Concierge was helpful. Front desk was pleasant enough. Double charged the deposit and then had to speak with a manager to get it removed (staff kept saying the hold will release when we leave - ummm needed my money now). But eventually it worked out. Without that little glitch it was a perfect stay. 100% recommend.

Great location for walking to the tower bridge and the train station is across the street. We are diamond members and this Hotel has a great executive lounge. The evening happy hour could have been a dinner with the curry chicken, mushroom raviolis, and many finger foods with full bar. The Executive lounge has its own rooftop area with amazing views. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but not too small. The bathroom had a tub and separate shower. I would recommend this Hilton.

Ideally located just short of 10 mins walk from London Bridge underground/rail. Great location for HMS Belfast, London Bridge and a short walk from Tower Bridge. Local shops, bars, pubs and restaurants are all within a short walking distance in all directions. A lovely modern hotel providing numerous facilities. We arrived early, so dropped off our luggage with concierge so we could start our break. We checked in later & made our way to our room on the 7th floor. The room was very big & had all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay including a 'Love seat' which we used to watch late night tv before bed. We used the Executive Lounge over our stay for nibbles and drinks. We choose to have breakfast in the restaurant which provided the staples of a full breakfast and the chef made you eggs to your liking. Interactions with staff in the hotel was always very pleasant. We would happily stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family

I felt a very rewarded loyalty member of Hilton by the way I was welcomed and treated throughout the stay. On top of that the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel was way better than expected. I choose it manly for location but the rooms, lobby and bar were also excellent! I would definitely stay here again when in London. Great hotel & location. HOWEVER... If you are a Diamond Member and using points BEWARE! I was charged for my room for both nights of my stay despite the points being used on my account. When I raised this with the hotel they were not particularly apologetic. They just said they'd raised the refunds. Then, because they were both sent, for the same amount, at pretty much the same time, that caused a flag on my credit card company's end and they had rejected one of the two payments. So, 9 months later, I'm still waiting on half my money. I fully acknowledge that the timescale is not the hotel's fault. However, the initial screw up was not mine or my card providers fault. I didn't really get anything for my trouble - remember I was charged £1200... 3 days before Christmas! What a nice surprise that was on my credit card account.
