Just back from a short but enjoyable stay at this well-placed Hilton that evidently prides itself on customer satisfaction. The check-in experience was one of the best I've had at a Hilton (and I've stayed in many across the world). Nothing was too much hassle. It was a pleasant surprise to see a little gift in my from when I got there, with acknowledgement of my hhonors membership status, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. I was in town for a course which started early, so getting a good night's sleep was paramount, and that's exactly what I got, so bravo! Thanks to Kurian and the team for a five-star experience - it'll definitely be my first port of call next time I'm in London.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The mattress and pillow were comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to the train/underground station made commuting very convenient. I will definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended!

We arrived on July 25th. It was our anniversary and had arrived in after an overnight flight from toronto canada. We were greeted very warmly from Michael. They had upgraded our room for our anniversary. Our room was ready and he explained all about the hotel. He was so warm and welcoming explaining our the city. We then spoke to the concierge and he got us tickets for the london tour bus which we took and enjoyed ourselves for the next 2 hours. They gave us suggestions for dinner for the night. We needed directions for the cruise ship the next morning which they helped with. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

I'm a diamond member, stayed here for two weeks and they did not put me on one of the executive floors. It's been more than two weeks and they still haven't posted any hotel stay points, so I called Hilton Honors and was told that the hotel removed my Honors account number from the reservation. There is a big curtain that covers a small window that overlooks an alley. There is no shower and bathtub leaks water out to the floor and is hard to get in and out of, quite a hazard. Requested change to be able to tip for services, was told no and directed to a nearby restaurant. I was sick and needed some water, called the front desk, and no one answered, went up to the lounge, was scolded for taking water out of the lounge. Stopped having breakfast in the restaurant because twice while ordering an omelette the chef was full of attitude. Was waiting for a ride one afternoon and the bellhop, instead of using the revolving door, used the automatic door and hit me twice. Was asking the front desk a question one day and the person next to me left their luggage in front of me, the front desk person helping them told me to stay away from their luggage. How rude are these people!
