Our venue, that ranges up to 800sqm with variety of meeting spaces and breakout areas, provides a quirky space for up to 150 attendees for a fun-filled, immersive, team game experience as part of their half-day or full-day work event.

We've helped host various events/days that include team building, company anniversaries, parties, product launches, and even recruitment & learning and development. Our venue, coupled with our immersive escape room games, will allow you to have a unique and well-loved experience for your attendees. We’re dedicated to getting you what you need for your event. Our venue also includes 1 large briefing area (up to 45 people capacity) and 2 small briefing areas (up to 12 people capacity each), meeting room space for up to 45 people.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy clueQuest Ltd. hosts live experiences and once a booking is confirmed, we can not accept any last minute cancellations and/or rescheduling requests or offer full refunds as a result of the aforementioned situations. However, we understand that sometimes schedules change, and that unexpected and unavoidable things happen. Below are our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling bookings and other events at clueQuest. Refunds and rescheduling will depend on the number of rooms booked and the amount of lead time given between the initial request to cancel/ reschedule a booking and the date of the booking. Whether all the cancelled games are likely to resell will also be taken into consideration: Between 1-2 rooms booked Likely to resell: likely - reschedule requests less than 10 days prior to a booking are subject to a handling fee of £30/room. - a full refund will be issued for cancellations up until 10 days prior to a booking, only if we manage to resell the slot(s); otherwise we will issue a 50% refund. - refund requests forwarded less than 10 days prior to a booking will be honoured at 50% and only if we manage to resell the slot(s). Over 2 rooms booked Likely to resell: less likely - reschedule requests less than 15 days prior to a booking are subject to a handling fee of £30/room. - 50% refund for cancellations up until 15 days prior to a booking; no refunds will be possible for cancellation requests forwarded less than 15 days prior to a booking. Full day venue booking/half day venue booking Likely to resell: less likely - reschedule requests less than 30 days prior to a booking are subject to a handling fee of £30/room - 50% refund for cancellations up until 30 days prior to a booking; no refunds will be possible for cancellation requests forwarded less than 30 days prior to a booking. Exceptions There are exceptional circumstances in which we will issue a full refund or reschedule a booking without a handling fee. These circumstances include (but are not limited to): - death, illness, acts of God - accidents and incidents errors made when booking (e.g. accidentally booking the wrong time slot/date) - cancelling a booking more than 30 days in advance Please note that we can not refund in case of travel disruptions, misreading the date/time of a booking or team members dropping out, but we will do our best to help you reschedule when possible. Each refund or reschedule request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.     Really good experience! The escape room itself was well thought out of and our host Griffyn was very nice! Giving 4 stars as I think the prices could be improved. £35 for an escape room is tooooo pricey!

    Overall: we had an excellent time and would recommend for groups of friends or a team building exercise for colleagues. The staff were friendly and engaging, however see below re amenities. The room (I will keep this brief so as not to spoil the fun): the escape room we were in consisted of 3 separate areas and our task was to locate the double agent. The puzzles were fun and well-thought out. Amenities: there were no lockers for our personal belongings. The toilets were poorly lit. The photo at the end felt rushed with the staff member taking multiple and telling us we can take our pick. We left without having a picture we were satisfied with as it was taken mid-motion. Improvements: It can do with introducing food and drinks for customers to purchase whilst they wait for their sessions or even after the session as an opportunity to unwind.
