One of the best hotels in London. We recently had a two days conference at this property. The overall experience was amazing. Very friendly staff always welcoming with a smile. Food was great with so many different options to choose from. The ambience was great. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The event staff team from top to bottom was wonderful, from manager to the catering guys everyone is so helpful. I would like to mention few names of the people I came across during our conference who were exceptional in every way such as TEO, VALANCO and Edwin and their manager she was above and beyond in customer service. Very well trained staff with the great customer service skills who are always there to help you in every situation. It was pleasure doing business with these people and would look forward to do again in future. And also I would highly recommend this property for business events and meetings.

A nice hotel; clean with good service. Room nicely appointed but probably soon due a refresh. Tub in room was quite narrow and deep to step into. Nice if you wanted a bath but awkward if you wanted a shower. Executive lounge was very nice. If you get a room that faces the runway, you can watch the planes!

Fantastic staff and nothing a problem! We stayed here at the start, middle and end of our trip. Arrived from a long flight and an early check in was not a problem and when we returned we were asked if we wanted a late check out. Close to airport with bus link just outside the hotel. We were able to leave our extra luggage for over a week while we were in Europe. It makes such a difference after travelling to have such a smooth check in from the superb staff at the Renaissance, thank you so much.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent with plenty of parking spaces. Bar and restaurant very pleasant although the restaurant a little too bright for my liking. Food was excellent. Rooms are somewhat small and dated, however very clean and functional.. a great choice for terminal 3 and parking the car for an extended period. We had a runway view room.

I stayed at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel for one night to be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. While the location is convenient, my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. At check-in, the front desk agent didn’t take my ID, which I found unusual, and he rushed through the process without providing any information about the hotel’s amenities or services. It felt very impersonal. The lobby was incredibly busy and loud, making it difficult to relax or hear anything clearly. On the plus side, the room was a nice size and provided plenty of space to spread out, which was great for a short stay. However, the bathroom design was inconvenient—getting into the shower felt like you needed a step stool due to how high it was. The hotel also provides airport shuttle services for 6.50 per person one-way m, which is a plus. Overall, this hotel worked for a quick airport stay, but the chaotic lobby atmosphere and rushed service left something to be desired. A bit more attention to detail and guest comfort would go a long way.
