Josh Middleton is an absolute credit to your company. The service was amazing. He helped us with every query. I admitted we were looking at other hotels for a short stay. We was surprised when he advised us of other local hotels in the area. However, from the first initial phone call to meeting him in person. It was a no brainer as to where we was staying. Thank you so much. We stay in hotels all the time due to production work and never ever have we once received the feedback from Josh.

As we entered the lobby we expected great things, although there was scaffolding outside the hotel frontage. We were solely disappointed! The room interior and decor was so tired and shabby the repair work was slipshod, really quite bad for a hotel costing over £110 a night. Three bus stops outside the front of the hotel which led to a very noisy night till the wee hours. The original windows have no noise barrier whatsoever. Felt dark and dingy in the room. It was like staying in a youth hostel! The bathroom was something out of an old people’s home and don’t get me started on the pillows. So bad, lumpy , felt like little stones against your head and had a crick in my neck so bad in the middle of the night I had to try sleep without the pillow. It really was quite archaic, thank god we hadn’t signed up for breakfast as well!

The hotel seemed like a good idea - 4* and convenient location should have done a trick to make a stay during the business trip comfortable. However, the room was small and in desperate need of refurbishment (see pictures). Clearly not what one would expect. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and clean, the staff was hard working and kind and the breakfast contained many options and was of good quality. I will check other options before I return to this one when in Leeds.

Very disappointing- absolutely not 4*! Room was in desperate state if repair- cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, filler in bath, dirty skirting boards, floors caving in! Not worth c£90 (special corporate rate). Whilst I appreciate they are mid refurbishment, but suggest they close the rooms not yet refurbished. Building surrounded by scaffolding with people banging & walking on scaffolding at 3am. Staff arguing in corridor at 6am. I recommend if you're in Leeds you find alternative accommodation.
