we stayed at the this hotel for 2 nights. the staff were lovely, we spent the morning walking round helmsley which is a lovely little place. the spa at the hotel is lovely, my husband booked a massage, he said it was nice. the atmosphere is so calming, the steam and sauna and the outside are a great treat. I booked a main house suite however we got an upgrade to a spa suite, the room was big and airy, very comfortable bed

We have just left Feversham Arms in Helmsley, and it was fantastic. We stayed in both a main house suite and a classic room—both were beautifully decorated, cozy, and had great amenities. The spa was lovely; we enjoyed a relaxing couples massage and made good use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. The location is amazing, with beautiful shops in Helmsley and great walks nearby. The dining experience was excellent, both in the restaurant and with room service. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even lending us a phone charger. They made the stay feel really special. I highly recommend booking a stay here and will definitely be returning!

The 3 of us had a wonderful day thankyou so much everything was just perfect. Lucy was very professional always smiling and very helpful. I had a hot stone massage and facial by Amy which was one of the best I’ve had. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic spa day.

We’ve stayed at the feversham lots of times and always had a great experience. Our last visit prior to our most recent was December and we were very disappointed by a couple of things. We were situated next to a dog friendly room and kept awake by the dog howling and scratching on the door to be let out! The service was somewhat questionable and certainly not up to the standard which it should be. After visit we knew we had another visit booked so we kept the booking to give them another chance. The room this time was lovely, and the spa was great and had a lovely massage, but unfortunately they fill the spa with day guests so there is never any availability for the overnight guests to use the facilities especially the hot tub! Literally always full! Then when we finally got to go in, the chlorine was too high and had to be closed off (you’d think this would be check Prior to people getting in it). We had breakfast in our room which was cold, they forgot butter for the toast, milk for the coffee and had to make 3 trips back and forth before we got it all. We have stayed here 6-7 times over the years but unfortunately that is our last. Certainly going down hill and is no longer the high end spa hotel it once was!
