We stayed two nights for my husband's birthday with our 12 week old son. It was the first time we've stayed away from home with our newborn and the experience was fabulous. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The suite was spacious, clean and well equipped - they even ran a mini fridge up for us to store the baby' milk. The air conditioning meant it was lovely and comfortable for our son, and he even slept through the night out first night. Room service and the food was delicious. It was a lovely relaxing couple of days, even with a 12 week old. Thank you so much.

Spent my birthday there. The receptionist was a very pleasant and helpful young lady. Our room was comfy and spacious. The only let down was the guy behind the bar when we came back for a drink at 9.30pm. Didn't want to be there. We mentioned this to the receptionist as we left the following morning and she said she would investigate the matter. Good location .

Rooms nice, didn't have the spa as we went to look around locally. Enjoyed the pool and rooms etc. Breakfast decent and good choice. Thought food for the evening was horrifically over priced, bit embarrassing when the night after we went to the feathers hotel for a meal and 2 courses with drinks came to the same price as 1 course and no drinks. The food was much nicer and servings were more generous at the feathers. Think overall the feversham only gets the name it has because the rooms are good but the rest isn't upto what you're paying. It's lucky they are in a nice location otherwise it wouldn't be worth it
