Beautiful grounds with plenty of walks to do. The tearooms are decent with reasonably priced hot drinks. Plenty of things to do for children as well. Well worth a visit!

So magical at Christmas time! Wish we had more time to spend there. Atmosphere was amazing and the staff were so accomodating for one of our group with mobility issues.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time at Harewood House, I surprised him with this day out for his birthday and I'm so glad I did! We particularly loved the gardens, it's like a whole different world on a sunny day :O The house was gorgeous with so much artwork to admire. We had some fish and chips in the courtyard/cafe - very yummy and fresh. We did a few of the recommended walks and it was a great way to get our steps in while admiring the grounds.

I visited in early November and the colours of all the confused trees were magnificent on the retinas. The range of colors worthy enough to be a Rothko classic. I strolled through the grounds on a clear crisp winters day, kites in the air swoop low, crunch of the leaves under my feet made it a special weekend for me, some of my favourite elements all in one place
