Normally stop in village or premier inn hotels in this area for work and I'm never too impressed but saw this online- price was cheaper than other options and the pictures looked good so thought ide give it a try. Truly a little gem of a hotel, stay was lovely, rooms had a fantastic feel to them nice, light and spacious. Evening dining was fantastic, really had a great quality and luxurious feel to it all. Service of hotel staff was great, very friendly and happy to help Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be stopping here from now on when working in bradford

I had a lovely double room, lots of hot water, heating. Plug points & usb slots. The staff at reception, waiting staff & kitchen staff were great. Did their best to accommodate. Quality food. Wheelchair accessible, lift. You pay for parking, I think. You can do this via a tablet at reception.

First time here and booked a hotel. It was a decent stay but not sure if I would return for what's given for the price. There was meant to be a double bed but instead there was 2 mattresses put together on 2 single beds which was so annoying and there was a constant gap. Pillows were nice and comfy though. Heaters in the room worked great and kept the room warm very fast. The window view was a bit weird as there was a dining gazebo thing right outside the window so the blinds had to be shut 24/7 for privacy, when I tried to close the blinds, 2 hooks of the curtain at the top undid itself. The bathroom needs bath mats as it was so dangerous when taking a shower and water spills and splashes on the bathroom floor since the glass cover on the shower was not adjustable and not long enough. Hotel didn't provide toothpaste or toothbrush which is a basic but thankfully they had a hairdryer. They did have tea bags, milk and sugar and a kettle but that was useless as there was no water provided, even then there was already a bit of water in the kettle which I didn't want to use as I thought it had already been used water. Hotel walls are VERY THIN, you can hear everything in a few rooms away and next door and even outside in the hallway, peoples conversations or footsteps and others TV playing, everything. That ruined my stay here. No privacy in that matter and hotel is definitely not quiet at all. There was Netflix provided which was nice though. They also give parking tickets very easily and I was not notified about it, didn't know I had to pay for parking and staff did not communicate about this or the car reg number at all, very disappointing

Very disappointed with my stay at Cedar Court Hotel Bradford. I booked two rooms and specifically requested they be close together, as we were traveling with a vulnerable family member who needs extra care. Unfortunately, the hotel ignored this request and placed us on separate floors, which could have been easily planned ahead when assigning rooms. The most troubling issue was the staff’s rudeness. When I asked if there was CCTV in the car park, one of the staff members sarcastically replied, “Is your car that special that there’s only one in the country no one has seen before?” This response was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. It appeared the manager was present and observed this interaction but did nothing to intervene. As a frequent traveler, I ask about CCTV in every hotel for peace of mind, as my car was broken into overnight at another hotel. I have never experienced a response like this elsewhere. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar. A small stain, dirt, and hair were found on the bedsheet. There is also the problem of sound insulation. At night and in the morning, very loud door closing sounds occur many times. I don’t know if it is coming from the guest room door or the corridor door. This seriously affects the sleep quality of passengers. There was also a serious health and safety issue: the wash basin’s hot and cold indicators were reversed, leading to my mother burning her finger when she tried to turn on cold water. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming four-star status. I have raised this complaint to the head office, as I believe such poor service and lack of cleanliness need to be addressed. For anyone looking for respectful, professional service, I would recommend staying elsewhere. I will not be returning.
