Bigger rooms than other hotels like Premier inn or holiday inn etc. The staff here are very helpful and attentive. Plenty of parking space and local shops nearby. Main lobby is spacious, the dining area is also spacious with plenty of seating. The breakfast options are great. Make sure you pay for parking though they have a system in place so make sure to get out before checkout time or extend if staying longer. Easy to forget unfortunately, should be a 24 hour basis parking not check in check out, which would be my only suggestion.

Certainly! Here’s a positive review highlighting the excellent customer service from Michael and Vivian. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Michael, the manager, and Vivian from customer service, and I can't speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Michael's professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. He went above and beyond to address my concerns, providing insightful solutions and ensuring that all my needs were met. His expertise and willingness to help truly set a high standard for customer service. Vivian was equally impressive. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our interaction. Her positive attitude and commitment to resolving my issues quickly and efficiently left a lasting impression. Vivian's dedication to providing top-notch service is truly commendable. Together, Michael and Vivian made my experience seamless and enjoyable. Their combined efforts in delivering outstanding customer service have definitely earned my loyalty. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking excellent service and support. Marta Pietrzykowska

Has the potential to be a great hotel with some investment in certain areas, particularly the rooms. Ours was on the small side and in need of a refurb and did not have any drawers whatsoever which we found really odd. The location is good for Bradford although the outlook from our room wasn't great being right beside the busy roundabout. The car park is huge but chargeable. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very spacious and well thought out and the self-serve breakfast was good without being outstanding. The highlight of our stay was Vivien who was so lovely and kind, her customer service was amazing, an absolute credit to the hotel!

Had a lovely stay here rooms lovely and clean Staff seemed inexperienced as we were never told we had to pay for parking separately and assumed as we had given them car Registration they would charge our card They didnt So we will now receive a parking fine as the hotel manager wasn't the most helpful when asking to help us with this when we tried to pay later over the phone. He just stated we would get a fine. It's a lovely hotel but I just think the experience could have been improved by the service

Our first stay. Here til Thursday. Nice looking hotel but but not great so far. No bath mat. Bath is lethal when showering. Should be standard. Asked and got one. Sink blocked on arrival. Should have been checked. They did respond quickly on that late at night and resolved the issue. So far fire alarm has gone off 3 times in 3 days. So much for a relaxing sleep. Last night we had drinks from the bar for first time. The lady put our 2 drinks down on the bar and said "that's it, £14.20" Not a please or thank you. One of our pet hates. Pulled her up on that. Then got to the room at midnight to find the key had failed again . That's 3 times now. Back to reception. No apology. So all little things but it's building up. We've always used the camponile just down the M606 before and will probably return there next time. Shame because it could be a good hotel if staff were trained properly by senior management etc and the basics were sorted.
