Had a great stay here whilst in Wolverhampton for a gig. Really convenient as a five minute walk from the railway station and ten minutes into town. Beds were comfy, room reasonably spacious and well equipped. Great shower. The bar was nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was decent and generous and buffet breakfast was excellent. Would recommend if staying in Wolverhampton.

Great place to stay and nice staff.always greeted with a smile.I forgot to register my car with car park scheme a day late and was fined at a later date through the post.i contacted the hotel and explained I'd stayed the previous night and was only a mistake. The hotel then took responsibility to contact the car park company and squash my fine and deal with the issue which was resolved very quickly..which I'm very thankful for

Clean and comfortable. The room is big enough. The separate toilet room and shower/sink room looked like a good idea until practicalities made it not so good. The only sink is in the bathroom. Secure parking area with two charging docks. Gate closes at 11pm until 7am. Bar/reception is nice and practical with ample power points available at or very near to tables. Staff were friendly. The location for Wolverhampton centre is very good with easy walking along footpaths.

Nice clean room. Large king bed (not 2 singles like most this price). Large enough room. Quiet. Tea, coffee facilities, safe and fridge in room. Easy check in. HD TV. Large desk for work. Overall happy.

A clean and tidy hotel, so certainly no complaints there. Maybe getting a lock for the toilet would be a good idea. Having the toilet separate from the bath is fine in theory, but if you are sharing a room with someone (like I was) hygiene isn't exactly top of the list if you are waiting on someone exiting the bathroom after you've used the toilet 🤢 (just a thought). Food was fairly OK, definitely passable, but most certainly not somewhere I would eat for the entirety of my hotel duration. All in all it was a fine hotel. It was booked by my company, in reality it probably wouldn't be somewhere I would choose personally.

I have been staying in this hotel during many visits to Wolverhampton. It is a good business hotel with comfy rooms. The restaurant and bar area has been renovated recently and looks good. The breakfast spread is good and typically English. The food menu is Ok but limited and can do with some more variety. Amenities like gym, swimming pool are lacking. However, this is one of the best option available for a business travel.

My first impression of this hotel at reception was that my check-in was an inconvenience to the staff. Having to pay a fiver to park my car overnight in the car park was also an irritation. I guess I misunderstood what private parking meant on their website. The staff member offered no information about breakfast, such as the weekend timings or where the restaurant was. The room was acceptable. It had an odd layout, with a separate toilet and bathroom/sink. In the morning, I discovered a pink insect the size of a bedbug crawling across the sink. The socket I'd plugged my phone charger into didn't work. The sausages at the breakfast buffet were barely warm by 7:20 a.m., twenty minutes after it opened. The pancake maker was on but contained no pancake mix. The three people at the reception were not interested in acknowledging my presence at my departure, so I had to use the fast checkout box. These are all symptoms of bad management. I won't be back.

Other reviews are correct good location close to station and town. Unfortunately mold in bath, attitude and poor dinner service are also true. Left waiting over an hour past check in time to be told allocated room not available, when complained given a room straight away. Paid £30 extra for convenience of half board to find out you get £20 credit????? No duty manger or GM on site. informed entire hotel staffed by two after house keeping left, remember your own toothbrush. To be fair the standard room was OK but dated and worn, effort had be made to remove mold but underlying issues. Attempt at trio of sorbet, guess they ran out or could count or just can't be bothered. Christmas tree looks nice though. Avoid but not many options in location hence the very poor service and attitude though out.
