Great place to stay and nice staff.always greeted with a smile.I forgot to register my car with car park scheme a day late and was fined at a later date through the post.i contacted the hotel and explained I'd stayed the previous night and was only a mistake. The hotel then took responsibility to contact the car park company and squash my fine and deal with the issue which was resolved very quickly..which I'm very thankful for

We stayed in 2 family rooms on a Sunday night and was really happy with our stay. Great rooms, spacious & nice staff. The bar/restaurant area was lovely. Easy walk to town for a gig at the Civic hall - about 12-14 mins. £5 for 24 hour car parking

Lovely clean room. Great location near the train station and to the city centre shopping. I enjoyed a evening meal here and breakfast. Theresa made my stay, very professional and polite. Very rarely come across great customer service this days where people go above and beyond for there customers but theresa was very attentive. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed here with the Family, only saw the reviews after booking, so got a little worried. The hotel is a little dated, but it was very clean, everything in our room worked fine, was saw them installing new Televisions in the rooms, offered to take one home, which they declined Breakfast was decent, it's got plenty of choice on the buffet, great for my fussy child, coffee was average, but fine for a breakfast coffee. We needed some milk as we had forgotten ours, Andrew sorted this for us, and even delivered it to the room, life saver to be honest. We have been declined this in so many hotels. (Not sure why) The hotel is fine, team are super friendly Will be back Thank you Steve & Family

Novotel Wolverhampton is located 12 minute walk from the train station. Reception team are warm, friendly and professional which was a welcome surprise after a long journey . Rooms are large and well equipped but do need some updating. Overall it was clean, warm and I slept well. Restaurant and bar area has a limited but good selection of items. I was indecisive about what to have and the team were happy to be flexible with me. I had a delicious sweet potato soup, warm bread, Caesar salad topped with chicken and some fries. All cooked well and served by a friendly team. The bar area has some large TVs showing news and sport, a pool table and darts board. There is a separate dining area but the team were happy for me to eat at the bar. Breakfast is served in the restaurant area from 06:00 and there was a great selection of hot & cold items alongside breads, cereals, pastries , cold meats etc. All was of good quality and the team were quick to clear ensuring the area looked well. Novotel Wolverhampton was a welcome stop on my business trip. Thank you to the team onsite who took care of me. Den Cogan

Nice clean room. Large king bed (not 2 singles like most this price). Large enough room. Quiet. Tea, coffee facilities, safe and fridge in room. Easy check in. HD TV. Large desk for work. Overall happy.

I have been staying in this hotel during many visits to Wolverhampton. It is a good business hotel with comfy rooms. The restaurant and bar area has been renovated recently and looks good. The breakfast spread is good and typically English. The food menu is Ok but limited and can do with some more variety. Amenities like gym, swimming pool are lacking. However, this is one of the best option available for a business travel.

Terrible from start to finish. Stained carpets, rusty, torn furniture. Rude staff. A member of staff came to our room at nearly midnight and told us are payment hadn't gone through as there machine was playing up. When my husband advised her he would be at reception in a few minutes she then stood outside the door and waited for him to get dressed and escorted him to reception! The payment was made no problem our end. We didn't get any information about breakfast. We also used the EV charger at the hotel which is located the far end of the car park in a bush! I'm not even joking! Our car is 3 weeks old and my husband has had to Polish all the marks out! £5 parking and cost us £57 to charge our vehicle! Scandalous. Also young kids drunk messing with the room door handles at 3.30am! We paid for an Executive Queen Room with Sofa and got a superior! £130 wasted. Also got no breakfast! We booked via booking.com and they don't give a shit. Fobbed off by them! Jokes!
