Visited the old coffee tavern after a visit to Warwick Castle. A great friendly, chilled out vibe. Excellent service. Food was divine… fish cake , fish and chips, beef burger. All delicious, well presented and tasty. Can also call in just for drinks (coffee, soft drinks or alcoholic). Even the other customers were friendly and welcoming. Be sure to visit if in the area. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay. Love that it is dog friendly. Manager was brilliant at fostering an inclusive environment: there was a family feel. The building is beautiful and full of quirks. Food was good. I would absolutely stay again!

Location would get a 5 if there was parking. Nice rooms with high ceilings and a modern bathroom although the bedside table lamps did not work. Windows are very drafty as old. Ok continental breakfast. If I knew you only get a cooked breakfast on the weekend I would have probably amended my booking. Nice coffee.

First time ever having Christmas dinner out rather than home and it did not disappoint. Food was excellent and plentiful and the service was spot on. Only teeny weeny hiccup was the delay in getting our puddings due to something occurring behind the scenes but that said, we weren’t in a hurry and were well looked after. Great place if you have little ones or even dogs with you as both appeared to be very welcome which just added to the atmosphere. Definitely going back here so I would also recommend it to others.
