Tamworth Assembly Rooms is a newly refurbished theater, with excellent multi use spaces and facilities making it suitable for conferences, meetings and events for up to 350 delegates.
Our Saxon Suite is a multi-use event space, perfect for functions for up to 60 delegates. With its own separate entrance and private bar, this self-contained room is the ideal space for anything from meetings to drinks receptions.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a booking more than six months in advance will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellation of a booking between two and six months in advance will result in 50% of room hire cost being charged. Cancellation of a booking with less than two months’ notice will result in 100% of room hire cost being charged. Cancellation of a booking with less than one week’s notice will result in a £25 admin charge in addition to 100% of room hire cost being charged.

September 2024This was a visit to the Tamworth Real Ale festival. Having seen these advertised it was a great introduction amongst some lovely welcoming people. Different ales were tested and drank ranging from a 3rd of a pint to a half pint. Lots of regulars to this annual event. The assembly room provided a great atmosphere with an additional outside area. Lots of parking closeby.

September 2024Wow! What a change (last visited about 10yrs ago) the foyer and bar areas so clean and welcoming. Inside the auditorium hasn’t lost its charm but looks fresh and cleaner. The staff were so courteous, helpful and happy. We will definitely be supporting this venue more often.

July 2024Nice venue, but they should keep the bar open throughout the performance so you don't have to spend 20 minutes to get served in the interval, I mean the women was just sitting at the table saying the bar is closed so had to wait for the interval and the they could not cope so I just made it to part 2 of perfotmance.
