October 2024Excellent staff, nice room - clean, good decor and very comfy bed. Breakfast was tasty, great choice and again excellent staff The staff really make the experience a fantastic one - professional , friendly & very helpful The hotel pool is so warm that you relax with ease - sauna and steam too! The hotel itself is spacious and very clean we really loved our time there and would definitely go again

October 2024Stayed recently. Mattress too firm for our liking and I would guess not pocket Sprung, so that needs some investment but a clean room with nice toiletries and bed linen/comfy pillows. Restaurant etc looked like it had recently been refurbished. Marie, the restaurant manager was very professional and welcoming and we had a good giggle. Excellent gluten free options which were cooked fresh to order (fish and chips - tempura style batter, exceptional!) Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Improved mattresses would make it perfect.

December 2024I went to a Christmas party at this venue - first ever visit, and very impressed. Food was fantastic, easily one of the best meals at an event of this kind I’ve had, and all the group I was with agreed. Service was excellent and efficient, staff all very friendly and hard working. The evening was also very well organised. Very impressed, and would return anytime.

December 2024Great hotel and the staff were on point! I had an incident with one of the irons in the room where it damaged a shirt of mine and I raised this with the hotel staff and they were so prompt in responding to me and making sure that I was compensated and within the space of a week sent me a replacement shirt like for like without any hesitation or arguments. Accidents can happen in all circumstances but how a company reacts to such situations is absolutely essential and I couldn’t fault their proactiveness. My thanks go to the entire team for such a genuine and professional approach by turning a negative situation into a very positive experience.

October 2024Amazing team of staff, very helpful and welcoming. Very dog friendly. Rooms a little dated but practical and comfortable. The dog beds were a hit with our boy. Bar staff make great espresso martinis. Food of a good standard, good variety at breakfast.
