Absolutely loved our stay. Made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Room was modern and clean, very comfy bed. Lovely common areas to this hotel to relax in too. We enjoyed exploring Box Hill and the surrounding area from here. We are already planning to come back when the pool is open. As far as value for money is concerned this is a good one.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel turned our short break into a special visit. From the warm welcome given by the ladies who greeted us, to the warmth of the outdoor pool (even one rainy morning) Used as base whilst visiting family nearby, but could have easily spent all day there simply relaxing. Enjoyed fresh breakfast daily with so much choice to suit all tastes. A light bar meal was very generous and didn't disappoint either. Superior double room was very comfortable and really appreciated the wing armchair as well as a small sofa in the room. Many hotels could learn from these extra comfort touches. Will definitely return again.

We had best/greatest time here. Stayed for 15 nights. Everyone are so friendly, warm and kind. Just name a few, found our lost items-3 tomes!, prepared togo dinner, tailored spaghetti to how kids like it, even helped drop return package!! Karima, Mary and Iggy, and all, thank you so much. We already miss you and look forward to staying with you again soon.

This beautiful little hotel was easy to find. Right at the bottom of Boxhill which made it perfect for us as we wanted to visit there and Denbies vineyard just up the road. Some wonderful pubs just a short walk away. Staff at the hotel could not be more helpful and very warm and welcoming the whole time. Swimming in the outdoor pool at 730am was a lovely experience and the water was pleasantly warm! Very refreshing. A perfect stay.

We really like this hotel now. First visit was a bit off as it turned to be a wedding date at the venue. We learned to check with the hotel now before booking as I like to be able to sleep before 2am.. Service can be on the "relaxed" side, so it's best just to relax. Pool is fantastic during summer months. Breakfast was worth having. Thought other food we had was average. I'd encourage guests to explore Dorking by bus. Bus stops at front of hotel and 5 mins away. Only issue this trip was a noisy dog tied up in area at back of room. Judging by the smell in the hall I may know why it was banished outside.
