Epsom Downs Racecourse, Diomed Suite

Situated on the North Downs in Surrey, Epsom Downs Racecourse stages the Greatest Flat Race in the World, the Group One Investec Derby; a race studded with the names of the greatest horses to have graced Britain.

The Derby has been held here since the 1700s. The racecourse hosts 10 other fixtures throughout the year and is a leading conference centre in the South of England.

Only 30 minutes from central London, it is a convenient, flexible and scenic venue with legendary sporting heritage.

Combining striking views of the famous course and the London Panorama, the double-aspect Diomed Room is a light, spacious room which can be transformed to provide a special setting for a gala reception or awards dinner.

The room truly comes into its own on Race Days when it can be booked for milestone events or corporate hospitality, giving guests an unrivalled view of the turf from both inside the space and an adjoining outdoor terrace.

For larger groups or conferences, the Diomed Room can be combined with the Lammtarra Room by removing a partition wall between the two spaces.
