If the event is cancels within 6-12 months prior to the event, 50% of contracted revenue is required as a cancellation fee. If the event is cancels within 3-6 months prior to the event, 75% of contracted revenue is required as a cancellation fee. If the event is cancels within 3 months prior to the event, 100% of contracted revenue is required as a cancellation fee.

    Thank you for the fabulous stay at this beautiful location. Staff were super helpful and even upgraded our room - such a treat! The grounds were beautiful. Overall, amazing experience and cannot recommend enough!

    I’m genuinely torn about this review as I’ve had such great experiences with this brand at Alexander Utopia and for the most part my first time at Barnett Hill was just as good. I was checked in by a wonderful gentleman who was really attentive the entire time I was there, including arranging my massage appointment. Pretty much everyone I encountered was lovely with genuine warmth. My massage was 40 minutes instead of the advertised 55 minutes so I was reimbursed at checkout, great. What wasn’t great was that from the moment I called and spoke to the same lovely gentleman (I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name to give him the praise he deserves) I was advised that an item I left would be posted back to me the following day and I insisted to pay for postage. I spoke with him as soon as I got home on 30 January and I had to call today to be told that the item is still there as apparently the one person who would post this out was on annual leave last week. They could “probably do this by Thursday” (13 February). Not one person thought to at least contact me to say that the posting would be delayed and the receptionist I spoke with and whoever she passed onto was very defensive. Whilst I take responsibility for being forgetful, I have maintained my responsibility and as a result have asked for the postage to be charged to the card used for the booking. It doesn’t take what is now seven working days and counting to get to the Post Office. What was my first solo trip here for a well needed break has turned into an unnecessary debacle which is a shame given that for the most part most of the people here are lovely.
