Well priced. Good size rooms. We've stayed several times. Well worth a visit.

Place was surprisingly clean. Super dated. Creepy from the outside. Creepy on the inside. Checked in super late. They had music playing in the lobby with the treble up way too high, which added to the atmosphere.. however I would stay here again. Place seems quiet and safe.

Tired, disinterested staff. Dirty unkempt rooms, food and drinks which are out of date. Windows that don't open but still have drafts. Bathrooms with mold and brown stains. Flies, rubbish under bed, Dusty, smelly hallways. And the outside looks as bad as the inside. A warm welcome each evening by pot smoking young people sitting outside. Worst 'hotel' in Southport.
