Willow Tree Farm is just a short drive from the beach, tucked away in a private location with breathtaking views of the Mendips. Our property includes a six-bedroom farmhouse and a four-bedroom barn, perfect for various events like off-site business meetings, corporate retreats, training programs, team building activities, and company charity challenges. Whether you need meeting room space for a day, a one-night stay, or an entire week, we're excited to welcome you to Willow Tree Farm.

The farmhouse features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, while the barn has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Together, they can accommodate up to 30 people (sharing rooms). The farmhouse's dining room comfortably seats 25-30 guests, and our outdoor spaces can host 25-100 people comfortably, with ample parking available. Located near Highbridge, off Jn 22 on the M5, we're just a 10-minute drive from Highbridge & Burnham train station and 30 minutes from Bristol Airport.

Beautiful barn conversion for hire. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The property can sleep up to 12 guests (sharing), and the outside space can comfortably accommodate 30 delegates.

The standard bedroom layout of the barn is as follows:
1) Ground floor bedroom with double futon, along with shower room and
WC at other end of kitchen. (sleeps 2 - another double futon can be
added in here to sleep 4 in total).

2) Ground floor 2 single beds with en-suite jack and Jill shower room
with WC. (sleeps 2)

3) Ground floor kingsize with en-suite jack and Jill shower room. (sleeps 2)

4) First floor master suite with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom
with roll top bath and shower. (sleeps 2 - we can make up the single
day bed in here and add another single bed to sleep 4 in total).
