June 2024Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful, rooms are not very big and there's a lack of places to put things, could do with a lamp in the room as the small bedside lights aren't adequate but the ceiling lights are to bright, but all said enjoyed our stay. Lovely large comfy bed.

October 2024Just a quick overnight.Stay on our way down to Stonehenge. It fitted what we needed perfectly . It had very friendly service and nice clean accommodation

August 2024Friendly reception staff even at 00.20 am, well done. Room very pleasant, would have been 5 * but let down by hot water splutteringly took ages to come through. Basin waste plug was missing it's seal so wouldn't hold water. Shower low pressure and barely got hot. So to moan guys.

September 2024Loved this hotel friendly staff we was only here for 1 night as was on route to longleat cp.we was upgraded a room to a view of racetrack although it was from the side so could only just make it out very comfy room bed and pillows maybe one of the best mattresses weve had in a hotel for along time loved the decor the bedding all very clean only -1* just because the room could have Been bigger and prefer wardrobe opposed to hanging rail, kettle tea coffee in room,nice clean bathroom with shower. Really enjoyed our breakfasts both continental with freshly baked croissants yum and English breakfast cooked to order so lovely and hot all served in a lovely bright clean dining area . All that was missing in this lovely hotel was a inside pool hence -1* would definitely stay here again if we was visiting the area !

September 2024Stayed at The Lodge for a night, room was decent with basic features. Breakfast was included in the price which was satisfactory. A lot of free parking available. Front office staff was pleasant. All in all it was a good experience.
