Since 1858, Salters Steamers Ltd has been providing exceptional boat charters on the River Thames in Oxford. Our large fleet of vessels is ideal for hosting corporate functions, meetings, AGMs, summer parties, anniversaries, and Christmas parties. Our boats can accommodate up to 50 guests seated for meetings or conferences and up to 150 guests with outer deck areas. Companies often take advantage of our facilities, enjoying a private river cruise along with catering options like fork buffets, finger buffets, and BBQs. We also offer entertainment and an onboard bar for a complete event experience.

September 2024Took out a punt on September 14th. Was a hot day and they were very busy, but the lad over there Ben was working very hard and got us seen to in quick time. Very friendly staff and recommended us a great route. Helped us get our dog on and off safely as well which was a challenge for us last time we came. Will be back next year I’m sure :)
