The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields is a traditional, Victorian walled garden & Grand Marquee secluded amidst 135 acres of parkland on the prestigious grounds of Beeston Fields. The family owned estate was established in 1837 with The Walled Garden offering afternoon strolls through apple arches and cottage flower beds in full bloom. Unfortunately over time the area was left to ruin and in 2011 restoration works began to restore the garden to its former glory in a bid to become Nottingham's most unique Wedding and Events Venue. Original red bricks walls, rusty iron works, old wooden gates and a grape vine green house have all been retained and incorporated into an enchanting secret garden. The permanent marquee boosts full heating, seating for 200 , large Chandeliers, floor length drapes and large Georgian bar windows offering landscaped views through out. Offering a large new bar with crystal candelabras and a chess chequered dance floor for your evening entertainment. The Walled Garden is a purposely designed venue with the benefit of being privately owned enabling us to cater for your ideal wedding day, from a vintage afternoon tea on the lawns to a Champagne BBQ in the sunken terrace. We are now licensed for outdoor garden and marquee ceremonies.

February 2024Me and my husband got married at The Walled Garden in June 2023 and everything from start to finish was beyond amazing! We had the most beautiful Summer weather which of course helped to really enjoy the venue in all its glory, but it was the staff who really went above and beyond! From meticulous planning meetings, organising a bespoke wedding breakfast taster and menu, being there on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly - even providing me an ice bucket to dip my swollen, hot fingers in before walking down the isle so my ring would fit!!! The venue itself was gorgeous, and despite it being 27 degrees all day, the marquee was kept cool and adequate shade and seating around the gardens made people feel comfortable :) All of our guests said how stunning the venue was and how the day flowed perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us have our dream day ❤️

January 2024We had our dream wedding here in September 2023. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. We even had our dog as part of our big day which we will cherish! We loved the food tasting and on the day had really yummy food and drinks. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the garden really was in bloom. It was great to have a dance floor (we had a great dance on it) and then areas for others to chill. The staff worked so hard helping us organise, set up and taken down our big day. Thank you!
