A very high standard hotel. Staff are friendly and well trained. Room was well prepared and felt special. The location was ideal. Happy to stay again, made a one night stay feel like a mini-break.

Our stay at the hotel was delightful the beds are so so comfy and the hotel were warm and friendly. The hotel is located in such a great spot if you want to take in the sights in the centre. The deco in the hotel is so lovely and really stylish. I felt really safe and comfortable in my room and the continental breakfast I would recccomend to anyone staying there. The hotel will discount your parking but not completely validate it, but that's still pretty good considering the location. Will be visiting again soon as I fell in love with comfy bed ❤

Absolutely perfect stay for Nottingham City centre. The room was clean and comfortable, the windows opened, the staff were fantastic. We've booked to return. The full English breakfast was not great, but there is so many places close by to grab breakfast 👍

Pleasant but tired. We stayed for our wedding in a Superior Suite and for the price would of expected something more. We made the booking 10 months in advance, requesting a specific room seen on the website that would of made for nice photos, only to be be put in a different room. Room 201 had loose floorboards in the bathroom, a scrap of fabric loosely pinned around the bed in place of a proper valance and a dingy grey paint job all over (pictured). When the issue was reported to reception there was little sympathy and more a 'it is what it is' attitude. Ultimately we were transfered to an alternative Superior Suite that was better but still featured as before: peeling laminate, poor water pressure, damaged furniture, leaking fridge and ugly air conditioning unit. Location wise you can't go wrong being that central in the city. A lot of good food options and accessible transport links.

Room was clean but extremely hot and stuffy. Was unable to open window and no air con. Grouting around taps in shower and bath dirty. Toilet seat came loose and we had no hot water for a shower the first night , had to boil a kettle to have a wash. The bar was OK but my prosecco was flat and the tables were dirty sticky and full of empty glasses at 10.30 on the Friday night. I have paid a lot less for a hotel room and had better quality and service. I also reported the lift as a trip hazard as it didn' open level with the floor. Once I complained I was refunded 22% of my room cost. Will not be staying at this boutique hotel again. ,
