Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be in writing and submitted via post or email. If a booking is cancelled up to one month prior to the date a full refund will be made minus the deposit. If a booking is cancelled within two weeks of the date no refund will be made for any prepayment received. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the date full payment of the estimated cost will be required.

Invalid DateA very high standard hotel. Staff are friendly and well trained. Room was well prepared and felt special. The location was ideal. Happy to stay again, made a one night stay feel like a mini-break.

Invalid DateOur stay at the hotel was delightful the beds are so so comfy and the hotel were warm and friendly. The hotel is located in such a great spot if you want to take in the sights in the centre. The deco in the hotel is so lovely and really stylish. I felt really safe and comfortable in my room and the continental breakfast I would recccomend to anyone staying there. The hotel will discount your parking but not completely validate it, but that's still pretty good considering the location. Will be visiting again soon as I fell in love with comfy bed ❤

July 2024Great location in the centre of Nottingham. The 24h pizza service was delicious, bed was comfy and I slept well. Breakfast service was really great, food was prompt and delightful and staff were super kind and attentive. Good wifi, solid minibar options, fantastic water pressure, really nice tea, coffee and hot chocolate selection in the room & the AC worked really well to keep the room cool. 10/10

June 2024A lovely hotel in a good location; staff are friendly and available to help. However, the air conditioning unit in our room had pools of water forming on top of it and once switched on would spit out water constantly. A few days later me and my partner both fell ill. Obliviously, I can't say with 100% certainty it was this but we are not ruling out the possibility. Please could this be checked in the rooms to eliminate the risk of this? As for everything else however it was a very nice stay at a wonderful hotel in Nottingham city centre, however with the glaring issue of the air conditioner making us very ill I can't in good faith rate it any higher for now.

August 2024I arrived before check in and even though my room was ready I was not allowed to check in unless I paid an early check in charge of £15. I said I just want to use the toilet and freshen up however the rationale given for the charge was that I would be using the 'facilities' for longer, I'm still not sure how this use would equate to £15. I therefore used the exact same facilities in the less comfortable downstairs toilets. I was unable to leave my bag at reception as I was visiting friends for an engagement party so told reception that I would have to check in later. I then phoned at about 9pm to make sure reception was still open so that I could check in but there was no answer. I therefore decided to stay overnight at a friend's house as I did not want to arrive and be unable to check in.

July 2024If you like a sauna as a room this is the place. No window in my room , really hot day . Air con was average. Still waiting on my 40 quid was that has as a hold deposit. Location is the only quality .
