I am a proud Cineworld card owner. Today me and my girlfriend watched It Ends With Us We were feeling a bit peckish and had a sweet tooth. So I asked about the ice cream that they serve. Ebony was our server she was polite and informative - she was very enthusiastic too which made her stand out to the rest of the servers we have had before. Thank you Ebony. She told us about this deal where we can have just the plain ice cream scoops or for the same price upgrade it as a Sundae and get toppings for free. The only reason why it’s 4 stars was because they ran out of Sundae Spoons and we had to use the sample tiny spoons. But apart from that everything was great

I really wanted to be able to leave a good review after taking my son to his first cinema screening, after seeing cineworld do autism friendly screenings. Unfortunately, other than the volume and lighting being adjusted, it wasn’t really equipped for much more for children with additional needs. We were not allowed my son’s buggy in the screening, which he really does need (unsure why we couldn’t take it in as they had spaces for wheelchairs). We sadly had to call it quits on the film after 20/30 minutes as my son was either trying to escape the movie, or getting upset at me for stopping him. I don’t mean this to be at all negative towards the staff, I just don’t think cineworld have fully appreciated that autism is more than sound and lighting. Even just being allowed a buggy would have made the world of difference.
