July 2024I have stayed at the Mecure on numerous occasions. The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the city or an overnight stay before flying from Norwich airport. They also have great party nights! The hotel staff are always very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

August 2024I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel in Norwich in July. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the hotel staff. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to a full English breakfast. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining staff were attentive and made sure everything was just perfect.

August 2024Stayed for three nights and the experience was excellent. Every member of staff I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, even a nice cheery good morning from the cleaners in passing! The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was powerful and the body wash provided surprisingly very nice. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The location is great as it means you’re far enough out that it’s quiet but a quick 10 min drive or less into the city centre or convenient bus routes. Breakfast was great value and a huge choice, all brilliant including freshly squeezed orange juice and takeaway coffee cups which was a thoughtful for if you’re in a rush. Thank you for an excellent stay!
