Our Presidential Suite is ideal for numbers between 50 and 90 guests and also has its own private entrance and facilities plus this leads on to the private walled garden for you to use for your photographs.
If you are looking for an intimate wedding the Club Room can hold anything from 10 to 50 guests for a sit down meal.

We went to a Christmas party night it's our second time returning and will return again. Perfect meal and service very difficult with such a large group of people and the band and disco were excellent. Gill was so helpful in our booking from start to finish. Thank you very much.

The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and informative, making check-in and out a breeze, even at unearthly hours. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. A comfortable and pleasant stay overall! I would certainly stay again!

The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. We had an evening meal which was delicious and staff very attentive. We stayed overnight, and the room was lovely and warm as cold outside. There was plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath. Lovely stay!

Our group of 12 had an exceptional experience at the Mercure Hotel Norwich! Despite the need to stay last minute, the staff worked as a team went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were ready on arrival, and the beds were cozy, guaranteeing a great (day) night's sleep. The hotel also extended breakfast hours just for us, which was a thoughtful touch that allowed everyone to enjoy a leisurely start to the day. To top it off, they even held our laundry for us, making the whole stay incredibly smooth and convenient. Big thanks to the team and management for their flexibility and incredible service – they made our last-minute stay exactly what it needed to be. Highly recommended.

A pleasant enough stay in a clean but dated hotel that could do with an upgrade. It does what it says on the tin...but the pictures online are clearly from some time ago. Location is good enough, but you need to be able to drive there, not one for public transport access to the town centre
