Ramada Encore Newcastle-gateshead, Meeting Room 3 - 4

Booked as last minute decision to stay over after concert at The Glasshouse. Easy to get to and perfect location near millennium Bridge to go into Newcastle . The room was a good size for us,being a family of 3 adults...double bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was great with a walk in shower ,for my son with mobility issues was perfect . We asked for a quiet room and weren't disappointed....on top 6th floor in the corner, never heard a thing. The staff,Carl is only name can recall, were super friendly and helpful. We decided to book the breakfast, which if pay night before is only £10 ...but at usual price of £12.50 is still a bargain. Had more than enough choices from yogurts, cereals,cooked items,cheeses,breads,croissant, juices.....came away so full. The staff in restaurant were lovely. Have booked to stay again for another concert and would definitely recommend.

I booked this hotel for an annual golf trip for 16 guests. The hotel was excellent. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. The food was really good and very good value for money. All of the staff we encountered were efficient and courteous and delivered a very high standard of customer service. However, a special mention goes to Becky, who seemed to be present at all hours of the day. She was fabulous and really looked after us throughout our stay. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a really good stay. She is a real asset to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Worth the money spent, homely and awesome workers with commendable customer care services, especially the guy called Carl.. He is extremely helpful not just to me but to everyone, I sat down that day watching how he helps. The rooms were warm all through the day and kept the body comfortably warm. The room service was daily and commands neatness. There's daily tea/ coffee in the room. I recommend that place for everyone,, it's a home
