The Hotel is clean and the staff are over the top to help you for any problem. I would say that the rooms would need some sort of ventilation like air conditioning or fan. The food is excellent the bathroom would need a little refresh like the shower. For the rest evry thing is great. I would recommend to anyone. Dale. F.

Stay for 4 Nights with a Golf Group and we were treated like Royalty. Becky and Georgia in the Bar really looked after us and the ladies in the restaurant were fantastic. Lovely selection for breakfast and Dinner. Rooms were cleaned every morning , very neat and tidy but bed was uncomfortable. I’d highly recommend if you are visiting Newcastle

Great location. Fairly cheap. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the room was far too hot. Staff pleasant and very accommodating to out dog

Okay place to stay for a couple nights. The rooms are clean but need some love, they seem quite aged. They seem to accept partying groups and tolerate them being loud and obnoxious in the outdoor sitting area. People were drunk and yelling in the middle of the night. They also left a bunch of garbage on the terrace and it stayed there way into the next morning before being cleaned up. They also charge you for breakfast, which was disappointing. They do at least have a few vegan options and plant based milk. It's about 25 minutes away from the central train station if you're walking, the way isn't so pedestrian friendly but it's doable.
