January 2025Absolutely lovely hotel. Amazing staff and a gorgeous breakfast. Good facilities and a very good location. Only thing I would say, would be good if they had their own parking but they do offer Validation on the nearby multistorey. Would 100% stay again

February 2025Stayed here before and after a trip from the airport. Very close to central station for mainline trains and the metro. Staff were all very friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, however the bathrooms are very tired and could do with a bit of a revamp. Dinner was a bit chaotic due to being very short staffed for a constantly busy dining room. Food was delicious and portions were good sized. Breakfast was a buffet and again plentiful.

February 2025Although our experience accommodation-wise was not good, this rating concerns the service we received from the staff. Because of engineering works the water was shut off for 2 full days; we couldn’t flush toilets or shower, which wasn’t great. However, I totally understand that this is out of the sphere of control for the reception desk staff and in spite of dealing with many stressed out guests, they were quick to help upon request; I was traveling with a family of 5 including a kid, and they provided us with a free taxi and transferred us to the other Leonardo in the city, where everything was very smooth. The hotel’s location is great, walking distance from the train station, and breakfast was excellent. Mostly, staff were helpful and quick to help in a situation they could not address themselves. Besides the no-water situation, the rooms themselves are a bit dated, and could do with some upgrading and touch ups, but perfectly fine otherwise.

February 2025Horrific. Do not stay here. We did not have hot water (or any in fact!) on the morning of checkout which meant neither of us could shower. Reception was full of people complaining but staff didn’t seem to be able to cope. Seems like this issue occurs quite often. Rooms and bathrooms are very dated which probably contributes to this.

February 2025The location is the only pro to this hotel. The bathroom was gross, the bath had little hairs and dirt all over it. The bed sheets were also full of hairs. The bed itself is the hardest bed I’ve ever laid on, I’m writing this lying away unable to sleep because of the pain in my back. There is also a whirring noise above our room, sounds like aircon but it’s not. Everything is very outdated and not well maintained. A bit disappointed all the same
