Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with a range of hot drinks to use. The breakfast menu is wide and freshly prepared and served. Highly recommended. So close to the centre but quiet for the night.

Great location near the train station. Rooms are a little tired but a good size. Bathroom plumbing is noisy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable . We had a good two nights here everywhere was within walking distance.

Food excellent, but we objected each day to having our rolls and butter given to us on a napkin. When asked if we could have a side plate we were told there were not enough. Next day, we were told they had put in an order for 90 plates. This was for a seven storey hotel! Next day I saw other side of restaurant having side plates, so I got up and picked one up for myself and husband. I was told off! I asked if they would prefer us to eat off the floor? We felt that the whole dining experience was disappointing.

Very tired rooms. Only a trickle of water from the shower when I brought it to the attention of staff at reception I got a tutorial on pipe work and where the pipes were situated. I couldn't get a plaster from reception or the bar. As no first aid box. Had to walk to the nearest chemist for a plaster. Ask for a Danish pastrie from the bar menu. But was told they don't do them after paying for it. Had to get a refund from reception. Not a good experience at all.
