What a fantastic place, located close to Buckingham or Milton Keynes. Amazing spa facilities, rooms are very comfortable, very modern and tastefully decorated. Restaurant on site and fabulous breakfast selection! What's not to like? Absolute steal for the price and what you are getting for your money! Service is outstanding from reception staff and everyone else.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and delightful. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Bethany at reception. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist set a positive tone for my stay. She personally escorted me to my room, ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. When I requested an ice bucket, it was promptly delivered without any additional charge, highlighting the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was immaculate, featuring modern amenities including a convenient fridge. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort made it a perfect retreat after a day of activities. The spa area was a highlight of my visit. Zoe, a member of the spa team, provided exceptional service. She kindly offered slippers and allowed me to take towels as needed, ensuring a relaxing experience. The spa facilities were impressive, featuring a 15-meter indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, and heated loungers. The ambiance was serene, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience truly rejuvenating. Overall, Horwood House Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch spa facilities made for a memorable stay. Love the location and the grounds of this manor house hotel. Service was exceptional, especially Priya at reception was so helpful. Food was delicious. The Christmas decor around the hotel and manor was beautiful. We stayed in a classic double bed room and it's quite small and very basic. The spa is also very basic and quite small. Pool is decent but doesn't have a jacuzzi and the sauna and steam room is quite small with a max capacity of 5 people. We went to the spa around 4pm on a Saturday and it was very busy.
