If event is cancelled 48 hours prior the customer will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours prior pre payment will not be refunded. If the booking is for a group of 15 guests or more, venue needs to be aware 10 days prior to event that this needs to be cancelled for full refund.

March 2025Had a lovely date night at Roxy’s Deansgate, it’s become a regular stop for us now, food is always great, so much so we keep coming back as I have a particular love for the garlic bread bites! Emily was on top of making sure food was good for us and that we had drinks - even through our pool session. We’ll definitely be back again :)

March 2025Booked for a few games but we’re only able to enjoy the pool table. After pool we’re supposed to play mini golf but no one came to collect us when they were supposed to at 7.00pm and when we asked about it at 7.18pm we’re told to join the 6th hole. Weren’t able to play this hole as course already jam packed so had to abandon the game. As couldn’t play the mini golf weren’t able to proceed to the subsequent games we had planned so would like refund on the whole experience please. I talked to your general manager Lucy and gave her my details but leaving this review as want to help you improve the service so others can enjoy it. The drinks were good. Didn’t sample the food so can’t comment on that so just commented on what I know. Needs better management and organisation
