This Grade 1 listed Tudor Mansion Museum is based in Salford Quays dating back to 1177.
Open as a free public museum Mon-Thurs and Sunday. The venue is also available for meeting room hires, weddings, corporate events and full venue or grounds hires with an impressive 3 acre private gardens and car park.
Max capacity indoor 60-90. Grounds hire 200-250 max
The 3 acre grounds at Ordsall Hall provide a beautiful for spot for wedding drinks receptions and photography, and can be hired along with the Great Hall where the civil ceremony can take place. The gardens include recreations of various layouts that will have featured throughout the Tudor Hall's history, from ornamental borders to an apple and pear orchard. They also feature a number of fabulous artworks. We also now have availability for the hire of Tipi's in the grounds for larger luxurious occasions.

October 2024One of the must visit place in Manchester! Very well maintained architecture, garden and cafe. The cakes in the cafe were delicious. Entry is free , we had only pay for parking around £2.5 for 2/3 hrs

October 2024Beautiful hall that has had a lot of restoration over the years. Interesting history which is all provided on a film shown on the first floor. Theres a little cafe but they were out of most things at 12pm on a Wednesday. You pay for parking which is £2.50 cash but entry is free.
