November 2024Spent the day at the spa. The aesthetic is gorgeous, the number of people inside is managed carefully and the therapy rooms are scrupulously clean. Such a relaxing day. Thank you to Renata who managed to sort out the booking which had got messed up somehow. She did this with grace and persistence.

The quality of the food and drink served during the event made a positive impression on me. The boutique design of the hotel means that I will be sure to check the room rates next time I need to travel to Manchester.
