Copthorne Hotel Manchester, Lower Quays Restaurant & Bar

Very comfortable stay in a great location. Grabbed a burger one evening and surprised by how good it was. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with some TLC however overall, for the reasonable price, free car parking and great location, a great stay.

I have previously stayed at The Copthorne Salford Quays and have enjoyed my stay both times. The room/bathroom was very clean. I loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable and when it came to going to sleep it was very quiet. So no problem getting to sleep. Last time I stayed you were given a card to put on your door so that you could order this to be delivered to your room. This time no card so I decided to visit the restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of choices, however, there was no vegetarian sausage at all. I must admit that it was disappointing, however it didn’t spoil the overall meal. I would definitely come back again.

Good location to visit Victoria Warehouse and only a couple of minutes walk from the Metrolink and Lowry Outlet. My room was clean, spacious and warm. Was very quiet at night despite being on the front of the hotel opposite the main room. The on-site restaurant has good vegetarian and vegan options. Breakfast was good value. Parking is free for hotel guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decor is a little dated. But, I received far too many emails and texts from the hotel, including one received at 6 on the day I was checking in saying 'thanks for staying with us' leading me to think I'd booked the wrong dates! Totally unnecessary.
