March 2025Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Nice and clean with a lovely view of the Quays. Chester, who checked us in really looked after us and made our stay so much better! Highly recommend

January 2025Perfect for our stay. Nice reception and bar area. Warm welcome and very accommodating staff. We had a lovely quiet stay in a cosy room overlooking the Salford Quays. Yes the decor is a bit tired but the view and the comfy bed and general atmosphere and cleanliness made up for it. At £83 with a hot and cold buffet breakfast for 2 under the membership scheme I was more than happy.

March 2025I have stayed at the Copthorne Manchester on many occasions, I have found the whole process trouble free, the staff are all very friendly and make the stay a good one. I stayed on Sat 1st March and Michal on reception was very helpful. The rooms are in the process of being refurbished, I had one and it looks great.

January 2025A very comfortable place to stay. Beds really comfy.Breakfast was amazing and really tasty. Well stocked bar. Great location and plenty of places to eat nearby. Lots to do in the area and interesting places to visit. Staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Very welcoming and professional. Would definitely book again.

February 2025Went to see a concert in Manchester and stayed here. Was amazing price - £35 each. We paid £11.95 to have breakfast the next day. The rooms were wonderful and clean and fully stocked. Well done to housekeeping! The breakfast was amazing. A huge choice of hot and cold drinks, cooked breakfast, cereal, toast, pastries, fruit, yoghurt etc. All wonderful. The breakfast room looked out onto the quayside and it was a bright sunny morning so it was lovely having breakfast there. My only negative were the beds and pillows were quite hard and so I had a troubled sleep. The hotel was quiet on the night. There was a bar and gym (which I didn't use). It was easy to drive to if you are coming from the north and going to Manchester. No city centre busy nerve wracking panicking when you don't know where to go. Free parking at the hotel. You have to give them your reg. The lifts in the hotel had to be operated with your room key card which we didn't know and just stood for a bit wondering why the lift wasn't going anywhere. Opposite the hotel was a petrol station, dominoes pizza, convenience store and you are within walking distance of a lot more. All in all I'd definitely stay here again if I had to go back to Manchester.
