7. Cancellation by the Client 7.1. Should the Client have to cancel an Event, notice must be given to the Company as early as possible by telephone and then confirmed in writing or by email. 7.2. The following cancellation charges shall apply: No. of days’ notice received before Event = Cancellation charge payable as % of Pre-booked Total Less than 30 days =100% Between 31-90 days = 75% 91 days or more = 50% 7.3. If the Company has incurred costs in hiring or booking services provided by third parties, such as the hire of AV equipment and the Client cancels the Event, the full amount of the cost incurred by the Company is payable by the Client on demand.
