Prince Philip House is an iconic event venue in London. It is perfect for summer parties, Christmas parties, meetings & events. Home to the Royal Academy of Engineering. Located along the prestigious Carlton House Terrace, our impressive event venue combines elegance with sophisticated technology to host a wide variety of events for up to 250 attendees. Our catering partner, Company of Cooks, hand-picks every moment at Prince Philip House with their delicious food and drink.
This room is a bright, modern open plan space with high ceilings, ideal as a catering, breakout, or exhibition space as well as for drinks and canapé receptions. This multifunctional ante room is used to complement the Al Qasimi or Al Qasimi South.
The ERA Foundation supports activities that help bridge the gap between research and utilization in electro-technology. It supports start-up projects and young technology companies, while promoting the importance of high-quality research and development to government, industry and academia.
The Foundation has provided generous financial support for the Academy’s initiatives in the promotion of engineering and entrepreneurship, and the acquisition and refurbishment of its present premises.

7. Cancellation by the Client 7.1. Should the Client have to cancel an Event, notice must be given to the Company as early as possible by telephone and then confirmed in writing or by email. 7.2. The following cancellation charges shall apply: No. of days’ notice received before Event = Cancellation charge payable as % of Pre-booked Total Less than 30 days =100% Between 31-90 days = 75% 91 days or more = 50% 7.3. If the Company has incurred costs in hiring or booking services provided by third parties, such as the hire of AV equipment and the Client cancels the Event, the full amount of the cost incurred by the Company is payable by the Client on demand.
