Good food and service in lobby restaurant was welcomed with family appreciated the help of staff including James, Jasmin and Luke for getting us a table. Great house and facilities gym is world class.

Been a member since 2017 but cancelled this month. Since covid they have drastically increased the amount of members and its destroyed the place. The gym/spa is way too busy. During the summer months its nearly impossible to book a slot on the rooftop (hotel guests come first). Events are instant 'waiting list'. Then if your lucky enough to get a table - the service is rubbish. Soho House trades on FOMO but you really arent missing out on anything.

Uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. We were walking through to access electric cinema and the bartender was very rude when we wanted to take a picture of the sign (despite seeing others do so with no qualms before and after the screening.) Unsure why you would have an electric cinema which is public access and the sign in the main area if you want to keep out certain people. Next time will go to other locations where they have more hospitality abilities to have a more pleasant experience
