July 2024Great little hotel. Very quiet, great service and cleanliness. While it did have AC it wasn't very cold but the weather wasn't too hot. The room is well equipped with power sockets, safe, fridge, and other accessories. Bathroom and shower are large and very clean. The location is outstanding. Only 10 mins. walk from Victoria station with many stores within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London.

August 2024The air conditioning was not working properly the last two days we were there. We were in the apartment in the ground level. I couldn’t figure out what was the issue. Other than that the hotel service is very good. Super clean. It is well located and close to many landmarks and underground trains. Love it.

September 2024We have had a 5 star experience here! The bed, pillows and shower were luxurious, the level of service from the concierges was unexpected and top notch. The location opposite the park was excellent, it was quiet and it was easy to walk to the National Gallery, Harrods, and Westminster Cathedral to enjoy a service. We will be back! Highly recommended.
