I recently attended an aerial hoops class run by Rafael, and it was an incredible experience. Rafael made sure that everyone felt absolutely amazing, bringing up the feminine energy in the room and ensuring that no one was left behind. From the moment the class started, Rafael's encouragement and positive energy made us all believe in ourselves and our abilities. Throughout the session, we accomplished incredible things that we didn't initially believe we could do. Rafael's guidance and support were key in helping us push our limits and achieve new heights, both literally and figuratively. The sense of empowerment and camaraderie among the women in the class was palpable. I can't wait to return and continue this journey. Rafa's class is not just about learning aerial hoops; it's about building confidence, supporting each other, and discovering the strength within ourselves. Highly recommended for anyone looking to challenge themselves in a positive and uplifting environment!

The best place in the city to learn aerial arts! They offer a wide variety of classes - hoop, pole, silk etc… The instructors are all amazing and experienced, providing an excellent learning experience. Moreover, the studio offers classes at a cheaper rate than other studios.

I was London on holiday and love taking classes at studios I have never been to and usually learn something fun and new and find a new instructor I would like to revisit/follow online. This studio is probably fine for NEW aerialists but it was disappointing for me being more experienced. - Ceilings are super low. Fine when you are new and learning (maybe?) but hitting my feet/ankles on the ceiling pipes/rigging because of how the hoops are setup is not great. - The class was advertised as a Level 3 (I think this is their most advanced from what I could find online) but it was more like a 1.5 - The hoops are antiquated. I don’t know who uses hoops like that anymore. Single tab with the metal piece right where it can hit your pubic bone when inverting (ouch) and a carabiner attached directly to the hoop on the tab where you have to hook your knee (double ouch). Also the hoops are heavy gauge maybe a 12 instead of 16 and aren’t comfortable (personal preference). - Hoops need to be retaped. They were slick. Maybe just crappy tape but either way wasn’t ideal. - The way they were rigged you lose spin immediately. Again, maybe other classes are great here but if you are more than a beginner aerialist, I don’t recommend this studio for classes. The ceilings are just way too low.

Please fix the way the changing rooms operate! I really enjoy the classes, the instructors are great but changing rooms are hell. They are uncomfortable because 1) They are joint. I personally don’t feel comfortable changing my clothes with a man in the room, there are many people with or without trauma who feel the same. Today I was changing my top and a man walked in - was really an awful experience, and it is not his fault, but the managements. Please keep separate changing rooms, because this is unacceptable. 2) The door to changing room is always open, which means that anyone outside can see people changing. Otherwise, I really love the place and have been going here since February. Please do something about the changing rooms 🙏
