The Hoxton Southwark – A Chic and Modern Stay The Hoxton Southwark is an absolutely beautiful hotel, blending chic, modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Though the rooms are on the smaller side, they feel surprisingly spacious and well-designed. The bathroom is truly a standout, with stunning architecture and high-quality features that add a touch of luxury to the stay. The bed is super comfortable, and all the design elements throughout the hotel are gorgeous. Their rooftop is also fantastic, offering great views and a wonderful ambiance. While I didn’t dine at the restaurant, I’ve heard plenty of good things about the food. In terms of location, Southwark is a bit farther from where I needed to be, but it’s an easy walk to the Tube and conveniently close to the bridges. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in London!

A trendy hotel that perfectly blends style and comfort. The rooms are chic and cozy, with great views of the city. The lively atmosphere in the common areas is inviting, making it easy to meet fellow travelers. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and attractions.

“That warm, inviting vibe” Great hotel with an amazing location! There’s something special about walking into a place and being greeted by music. As soon as we stepped inside, the upbeat music and lively vibe made us feel instantly welcome. And it didn’t stop there—when we got to our room, a little radio by the bedside was playing smooth R&B. That warm, inviting vibe carried on throughout our entire stay. It really set the tone for a memorable experience

Beautifully designed hotel, great location, mostly friendly staff/some exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights and what I will say, is that our experience varied greatly based on particular staff working each day. Jonathan at Albie (main level bar/restaurant) made our experience. He is exceptional… you are very lucky to have him running the bar and to have him on your team. As did the 2 male managers (one gent from Scotland), and the 2 lovely female hostesses, from which we received incredible service and attention. Our only callout is that meal consistency does not exist; when selecting the same menu items for breakfast or lunch, they did not arrive the same each time as ordered from the menu.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall we had a great stay and the rooftop bar/dining was really lovely. Our room was great, the bed was comfortable and there was a clothes steamer which was super helpful. We also had drinks in the bar downstairs which were delicious, however our waiter wasn't overly friendly or helpful and when we spotted a mouse in the hotel, no one seemed to be shocked or bothered about it. I appreciate that this might happen from time to time but it's not something you expect to see in an eating and drinking space, and you'd also expect staff to be more apologetic that it's something you've encountered during your stay. Otherwise, all other staff were friendly and happy to help. We also ordered room service for breakfast which was OK, I wouldn't rush to order it again but it was perfect for a quick breakfast on the day of check out.
