February 2025Enjoyed my recent week stay … loved the location close to Downtown London … only suggestion would be that the Continental Breakfast needs more selections because for $30.00 you aren’t getting much … but the one person most accommodating was “Ginger” Housekeeping Manager ❤️…..she is AMAZING!!!!

February 2025Really convenient and pleasant to stay in. Excellent breakfast. Service was very good. Downsides! The mattress was hard. Very. Also the window was very draughty (room 002) which meant a cold night. Just a couple of things that can be fixed.

February 2025Booked an overnight stay with my granddaughter after a busy day at zsl zoo. Room was tiny, no bath to soak my poor feet. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything from either side and I mean everything!!!! But still sufficient for our needs. Rest and sleep. Breakfast was awful Continental seemed to please others so no comment on that Customers were constantly asking for things to be replenished No tea or coffee brought to tables, you had to take your cup to a tea/coffee urn, no instructions how to use, many people asking staff for help I had to help one elderly gentleman take his tea back to his table Fried breakfast was very poor. Poached eggs were rock hard, when cut into hash brown it flew across the room as it was so hard, no potatoes left in it as it had been cooked for so long. Grilled tomatoes was just a whole tomatoes cooked in the oven Would not recommend this hotel for the price and definitely not the £24.50 English breakfast 🙄
