    Stayed here with work for 3 weeks. Overall the hotel was good. My room was clean and well stocked. The reception staff and duty managers were very friendly and helpful as were the staff at breakfast. The quality of breakfast was also very good. I wasn't happy with the service at the main bar. Applying a service charge of £3.33 on to a round of drinks 4 without asking is unacceptable, particularly when the service was poor in the first place. I told the receptionist who said that they couldn't refund me the service charge there and then, so they offered me a free drink instead, however I wasn't able to use this as I checked out the following morning. It left a bit of a bitter taste to an overall decent stay. I know some of my colleagues had issues with noise from street level and air conditioning failing, but I didn't suffer with these issues.

    We stayed in a family room on the 4th floor and had a great experience. Very clean and comfortable room and honestly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a while. The check-in process was efficient and friendly and the breakfast each day was very filling. The bar was a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. For the price and location I felt like we got a really solid deal.

    We held a 2 day conference here and the quality and level of service was disgraceful considering the location and name. The staff who brought freshments in while we were presenting were moaning and crashing around in our conference room. The facilities were dirty and unleaded for most of the 2 days. The TV screen in the bar is the smallest I have seen in a long time. However the evening meal was top rate and we'll presented. Overall would not want to pay to go to this hotel

    My booking on 10 Aug 2024 to 12 Aug 2024 (2 nights family room) at Hilton London Euston was terrible. We checked in at the hotel at about 7:40pm on 10 Aug. The first thing I found wrong when we got in the hotel room was the aircon control on the wall was broken. It's completely out of order. The room was hot like an oven. Toilet was dusty shower door couldn't be closed properly. Sofa was dirty. I called the front desk about the aircon control and requested 3 pairs of slippers. She said the technician will be there in 5 minutes. Then we went out for dinner before the technician came. When we were back at 11:30pm. Nothing has been fixed, no slippers. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the gentlemen about the aircon and slippers. His solution was giving me a fan! I requested to be swapped to another room but he said it was fully booked. On the second day, still no room to be offered for swapping. So, 2 nights at 30 degrees without an aircon was not a good experience. Is a fan replacement of an aircon? I am really disappointed about the service and quality of Hilton London Euston.

    I recently stayed at Hilton London Euston from 10/08 to 11/08, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I've always associated Hilton with high quality, but this stay was a huge disappointment. First, my check-in was delayed by 40 minutes, which was extremely frustrating as I had an event to attend. This delay caused significant inconvenience and set a negative tone for my stay. Second, the telephone in my room was missing buttons, making it impossible to contact reception or room service. This was highly inconvenient and not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. To make matters worse, on checking in to my room, I found that my bed had not been made. I had to make the bed myself, which is completely unacceptable. Basic housekeeping services should be a given. Additionally, I found most of the staff to be unfriendly and indifferent to guest needs, with the exception of the concierge, who was the only person who seemed to care about providing good service. The lack of hospitality from other staff members further added to my disappointment. I've stayed at several Hilton hotels in Zones 1 and 2 in London, and this was by far my worst experience. The quality and service at Hilton London Euston fell well below the standards I expect from the Hilton brand. Tip: Stay at the Doubletree West End instead
